It was a brisk January afternoon, the 20th to be exact, and Andrew Trout, flanked by one of his two daughters, took the trustees' oath of office on the hallowed steps of the Capital building in Jefferson City, MO.
It was a proud moment, and a dream come true for Andrew "Andy" Trout, and he didn't mind sharing the day with the 44th President of the United States.
"I guess it will always be an easy date for me to remember," joked Trout as he held up a set of Obama Inauguration collector's plates given to him by one of his daughters, "and it's fine by me, I'd rather go in [to office] without the fanfare."
That he did, with only one reporter there to cover the event, Trout made a brief statement renewing his campaign pledge to weed out corruption and restore the neighborhood to its glory days, before heading out to celebrate.
Trout now officially joins JJ Kirkpatrick and Ken Seise as Trustees, and is the first Hidden Meadow representative on the board since Carolyn Fogarty and Jin Zhou. Andy has a tremendous reputation, and we all look forward to seeing what he can do as a Trustee.
