Barrett Station Road Construction - County Update
St. Louis County has begun construction on Barrett Station Road, as I'm sure we're all aware. Early projections are that this work will be completed in 18 months. Of key importance to the neighborhood:
1) 90 Day Closure of Access to Manchester: This will almost certainly happen sometime this year. We will have to access Manchester via Fairoyal.
2) New Entrance Sign: We will need to begin planning the replacement pieces for the entrances: signs, plants, electricity, and water (if desired).
The county will be providing monthly updates which will be delivered to each resident via mail. Updates will also appear on our site and on the county's site.
Islands Update
At long last, and after many pleas from residents, the islands have received their much needed overhaul. A big thanks to Ken Seise for working so hard to get this done in time for the holidays. We are already planning for our 2010 landscaping needs so that we don't experience any problems next year.
